On the eve of March 8 – You can make for yourself and for your loved ones an unforgettable evening, a delicious gift. Nikolay and I will prepare exquisite dishes for you and present you gastronomic delight!
Dinner Menu:

  1. “Winter Rose” (a spicy dish of delicate pickled beets and light Mousse from Bulgarian goat cheese, caramelized walnuts and pomegranate dressing).
  2. Light leek cream mousse with homemade pork salami, delicate egg yolk cream and crispy parsnip chips.
  3. Salmon trout tartar with national Bulgarian strudel made of thin filo pastry, author’s sauce and spicy herbs.
  4. “Lutica” from Northern Bulgaria. Tender chicken with stewed sweet pepper, on corn polenta, with spicy sheep cheese and walnuts.
  5. “Sweet Turkish memories in Bulgaria”  Cake with aroma of bourbon vanilla, low-calorie and healthy Bulgarian yogurt, fresh berries, wild honey and pistachio).Each dish will be accompanied by a glass of wine, specially selected by our sommelier.
